P.C.:- Though the Petitioner has sought several reliefs, main grievance of the Petitioner is that the applications for interim relief filed in DV Case Nos.8/DV/2013 and 24/SW/2017 pending before 72 nd Court, Vikhroli, Mumbai have not been disposed of. The delay in disposing of the said application has resulted in filing this Petition. 2.

Considering the limited issue involved in this Petition, this Petition can be disposed of with directions to the learned Judge, 72 nd Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Vikhroli, Mumbai to dispose of all the interim application filed in in DV Case Nos.8/DV/2013 and Megha 1/2
