By order dated 4.4.2016, the matter was adjourned till today so as to enable the petitioner to take steps against the respondent Nos. 2 and 4 to 6 failing which it was made clear that the Court may consider dismissing the petition.

As respondent Nos.2 and 4 to 6 are

2/2 11.wp.9837-11.doc the contesting respondents and as the petitioner has not taken steps against these respondents, by order dated 12.9.2013, Writ Petition was dismissed qua these respondents. Till date, as no steps are taken, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this petition. Hence, Petition fails and the same is dismissed.
