Time to a supply copy for effecting service of notice to the respondent No.1 is extended by a period of two weeks from today. If the compliance is not made within the stipulated period, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. If the compliance is made, notice be issued to the first respondent, returnable on 30th March 2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that private notice has been served to the first respondent. Private notice is permitted to facilitate an early service. As no one has caused an appearance, private service cannot be treated as a good service. Petitioner to serve a copy of the petition to the office of the Government Pleader, High Court, Appellate Side so that Government Pleader can represent the second and third respondents.
