From the prayers made in the petition, it appears that the grievance of the Petitioners is that the State Authorities are acting contrary to the order passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court dated 15 February 2021 and that the Authorities have breached the order of 15 February 20021.

That be the position, it is open to the Petitioners to apply in the pending writ petition before the learned Single Judge. In case it is opined by the learned Single Judge that the issue raised by the Petitioners does not fall within the ambit of the writ petition pending before the Single Judge, then it is open to the Petitioners to Sneha Chavan
