Perused the record of investigation.

The record discloses that in pursuance of the directions issued by this Court on 23.1.2018 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and with a view to establish the identity he was shown to the victim girl however, the victim girl could not identify him as the same "Sharma uncle".

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 28.11.2017 is hereby confirmed.
