The learned counsel for the Petitioners submit that the question involved in this Petition has already been considered and decided by the Division Bench of this Court in the Writ Petition No. 2082 of 2013 in the case of Maharashtra Federation of University and College Teachers Organizations vs. The State of Maharashtra and Others vide order dated 23rd December, 2015. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition in terms of the Vishal Parekar 1/2

43-wp-4346-2016.doc judgment dated 23rd December, 2015 passed in Writ Petition No. 2082 of 2013. The direction contained in the said judgment shall apply to this case also.
