The Petition is filed for transfer of investigation of the subject FIR. The grievance of the petitioner is that till today, even the supplementary statement of the petitioner is not recorded and the investigation is not completed resulting into an appropriate report is not being filed by the Investigating Officer.

Shri Shaikh, the learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the supplementary statement would be recorded and thereafter the investigation would be completed as expeditiously as possible and within a period of four weeks from today.

Statement accepted.
