Heard Mr. Singh, learned counsel for the Review Petitioner, and Mrs. More, learned counsel for the Respondent-Municipal Corporation. 2.

This is an application seeking review of the order dated 14th September 2018 passed by this Court in Civil Application (Stamp) No.26655 of 2018., which was filed for restoration of the Appeal, which is already came to be dismissed for default on 6th August 2018. 3.

While passing the said order, it was clearly observed that, the 1/2 910-RPA(St.)-27211-18.doc

Appellant was absent on 23rd July 2018 and the matter was adjourned only as a last chance to 6th August 2018. On that day also, as no one was present and as a result, finding that even the order of ad-interim relief was not got extended from several dates, the Appeal was dismissed for default.

In such situation, as no case was made out for restoration of the Appeal or even for restoration of the ad-interim relief granted earlier, the said Civil Application was dismissed.

I do not find that any reason is made out to take review of the said order, when it is a speaking order giving all the reasons. Hence, the Review Petition stands dismissed.
