This is an application for restoration of the Civil Application No.1633 of 2014 which was dismissed by a conditional order dated 20.2.2015. the learned Counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 279 days. The appeal was dismissed for non-payment of bhatta charges within the stipulated period, before issuance of notices. 3.

In view of the submissions of the learned Counsel for the parties and for the reasons stated in the application, the order dated 20.2.2015 is recalled. The appeal is restored to its original file. The appellant is directed to remove office objections within three weeks from today, failing which the appeal to stand dismissed without reference to Court. 5.
