DATE : 4 MARCH, 2024 P.C. :- This civil application is filed for quashing and setting aside the conditional order dated 28 June, 2017 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-II). By the impugned order dated 28 June, 2017, three weeks time was granted to remove office objections, failing which this civil revision application was supposed to be rejected.

Since office objections were not removed within the stipulated time, the civil revision application automatically stood dismissed.

This Court by its order dated 7 November, 2023 had issued notice to the respondent.

Mr. Mangle, learned counsel appears for the sole respondent. He is objecting to allow this civil application. 5.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of the civil application. The case is made out to allow this civil application. 6.

Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
