Learned APP on instructions submitted before this Court that the investigating agency in pursuant to lodgement of the FIR, being C. R. No. 141 of 2017 registered at the Alankar Police Station, Pune for commission of the ofences punishable under Sections 143 & 452 of the Indian Penal Code carried out the investigation and found that material was insufcient to proceed against the accused persons. Accordingly, 'C' Summary Report No. 21 of 2019 was fled before the learned JMFC, Pune on 04.03.2019. A copy of the communication forwarded to the ofce of the learned Public Prosecutor is placed on record. Same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identifcation. In view of the communication, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. Petition is accordingly disposed of.
