After hearing the learned counsel for Applicants at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the Applicants on instructions seeks leave to withdraw this Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial arising out of C. R. No. 66 of 2017 dated 20.03.2017 registered with the Malegaon Police Station, Nasik (Rural) does not commence within a period of one year from today.
