It is alleged on 31st January, 2019, accused no.1 caused death of his wife and minor daughter inflicting incised wounds by sharp weapon and burnt their bodies in an attempt to disappear the evidence. In view of the CCTV footage, report of Fingerprint Bureau and the call detail records, prima-facie, discloses applicants complicity in the '

offence. The offence is punishable with life or death. In view of the evidence and the facts of the case, the Bail Application is rejected.
