Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that in pursuance of the decision of this Court in Vithal Ramchandra Mali vs Lakshmi Ganpat Mali 2006 (4) Bom CR page 31 this Appeal is required to be heard by the learned District Judge. This First Appeal be accordingly transferred to the Court of District Judge, Sangli within a period of two weeks from today. Accordingly, First Appeal No.273 of 2016 stands disposed of being transferred to the appropriate Court.

Civil Application No.729 of 2014 do not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
