By order dated 10th April 2015, the District Judge, Pune was directed to dispose of Sessions Case No.263 of 2014 as early as possible and endeavour to complete the trial within six months. The letter from District Judge, Pune reveals that the seized property is forwarded to Chemical Analyser and about 66 witnesses are likely to be examined by the prosecution. In view of the reasons stated, time is extended by six months as requested.
