1] This is an application for further modification of order dated 24th October 2016.

2] The record indicates that the applicants are sincerely complying with the conditions imposed upon them by the earlier order passed by this Court. In the present case, the trial Court has not yet framed charge. The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the applicants are also attending all the dates before the trial Court. 3] In view of the above, I am inclined to modify the said condition. The condition to attend the Investigating Officer is here-in-after waived. The applicants here-in-after are directed to attend each and every date 1/2

4] The Investigating Officer is directed to report any two consecutive defaults committed by the applicants in complying with the said condition to the trial Court and he is at liberty to file an application for cancellation of bail in case of said default. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
