The complainant has filed the intervention applications in the present applications for anticipatory bail. 2.

According to the learned counsel for the complainant/intervenor, the complainant has repeatedly made complaints to the competent authority in relation to illegal excavation by applicants. I am therefore, inclined to grant an opportunity to the complainant to produce these complaints on record. The applications for intervention are thus, allowed.

The applicants shall make the complainant as party respondent to the anticipatory bail applications. Necessary amendment shall be carried out within one week. The complainant is permitted to file reply to the present applications. 4.
