After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will approach the Appellate Authority with an appeal against the impugned order dated 13 June 2022. The petition is filed on 13 October 2022 and thereafter the same is pending. Considering the facts and circumstances, if the issue of delay arises, the Appellate Authority will take note of the pendency of the petition and take appropriate sympathetic view. 2.
