In compliance of the earlier direction, it is informed that the applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer along with all the necessary documents including the purchase orders, invoices, shipping bills, bill of ladings, airway bills, etc. 2.
Learned A.P.P., on instructions from the Investigating Officer, who is present in the court, makes a statement that the applicant may be directed to report to the police station for some more dates and continue to render her co-operation. He, however, makes a specific statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted by the Investigating Officer.

In the wake of the above statement, the applicant deserves her release on bail, in the event of his arrest. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
(a) The applicant - Madhu Sanon shall be released on bail in C.R. No.29 of 2019 registered with Sakinaka Police Station, District Mumbai on executing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- and furnishing one or two sureties of the like amount.
3/3 54 ABA-2982.21.odt (b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case and shall not tamper with prosecution evidence.
(c) The applicant shall report to the Sakinaka Police Station on 18/07/2022 and on 01/08/2022 during the course of the day and, thereafter, as and when directed by the Investigating Officer.

The anticipatory bail application and the interim application are allowed in the aforestated terms. 5.
