Heard Mr. Sagar Mane, learned Counsel for the applicants and Mr.Sandeep Koregave, learned Counsel for respondent.

This is an application for brining heirs and legal representatives of sole respondent, since deceased, on record after condoning the delay of 191 days in filing the Civil Application. Sole respondent died on 14/01/2013 leaving behind heirs and legal representatives mentioned at page no.4 of the application.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out a sufficient cause of condoning the delay of 191 days. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
