This petition can be disposed of by issuing direction to Respondent no.3 - the Divisional Commissioner, Vidhan Bhavan, Development and Administration Branch, Pune, to dispose of the appeal presented by the Petitioner on 3rd August, 2016, challenging the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Solapur, on 30th April, 2008, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, after extending an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and in accordance with the provisions of law and it is accordingly directed. 2.
