Mr. Rajesh Patil, Authorized Signatory of the Petitioner No.1 and 2 and Mrs. Asmita Uttam Mavade, Respondent No.1, are present in Court. The parties admit the contents of the consent terms and the execution thereof. They are identified by their respective Advocates.

Hence, the Consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X'. 7.

The undertakings given in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court.
