Heard. The learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 makes a statement that his client would not insist on compliance of the impugned orders, which are passed on Exhs.104 and 112. The impugned orders, by consent, are set-aside. The case shall proceed on merits. 2.

The learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 also stated that his client would not lead further evidence in detail. In view of this, the earlier order directing Respondent No.2 to pay costs also stands withdrawn.
