1] After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant at length, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application for bail before the Trial Court, if trial arising out of C.R. No.360 of 2015 registered with MIDC Police Station, Mumbai does not conclude within a period of one year from today. Leave and liberty granted.

In view thereof, the learned Additional Sessions Judge seized of the trial arising out of POCSO Special Case No.425 of 2015 is hereby directed to expedite the trial and to make endevour to conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
