Learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application. He states that the applicant and the complainant have amicably resolved their dispute.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that since the dispute was amicably settled between the applicant and the complainant, an application was filed by the applicant, being Criminal Application No. 946 of 2016, before the Division Bench of this Court, seeking quashing of C.R. No. 489 of 2015 registered with the Malad Police Station as against the applicant for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406 and 420 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He submits that the Division Bench of this Court (Coram : Ranjit More & Sarang V. Kotwal, JJ.) vide order dated 7th July, 2017, by consent, quashed the aforesaid C.R.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for consideration in the aforesaid application. The same is disposed of accordingly. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
