Learned A.P.P. states that the Investigating Offcer has obtained the specimen signature of the applicants and he will not require their custodial interrogation for completing the investigation. She, however, submits that the applicants shall report to the police station as and when called for, as the investigation is not yet complete.

Accepting the aforesaid statement, the following order is passed.

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.501 of 2017 registered with Mulund Police Station, applicant No1-Augadsing Bhairavsing Parmar, applicant No.2-Lehru Augadsing Parmar and applicant No.3Surendrasingh Augadsing Parmar shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- each, with one or two sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicants shall report to the concerned police station as and when called for.

(d) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
