After the appeal is fully argued, Mr. Kanade, the learned advocate for the appellants seeks to withdraw the same stating that since the impugned order remands the application for fresh hearing, the appellants will raise the contentions as regards condonation of delay before the Assistant Charity Commissioner. The appeal is allowed to be withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of the appeal, Civil Application No. 474 of 2016 does not survive. The same is accordingly disposed off.
