During the pendency of this Application Trial Court proceeded further and now the applicant can avail the remedy for filing the application for discharge before Trial Court. In that view of the matter, the Court declines to hear the application, however, liberty granted to the applicant to file the application for discharge. 2.

With the above observations Criminal Application stands rejected. All contentions on merits are kept open to be agitated before the Trial Court.
