Petitioner has challenged the Show Cause Notices. It is not necessary to detail the facts of the case as stand taken by the Respondents is that they have not concluded the matter and the Petitioner has been given various opportunities of personal hearing which Petitioner has not availed of. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the dates for personal hearing were during the time when Covid-19 pandemic was prevalent and Petitioner could not attend.

That being the position, we dispose of the writ petition recording the contention of the Respondents that they will issue fresh notice for personal hearing to the Petitioner, which learned Digitally signed by NIKITA YOGESH GADGIL Date:
