Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent No.3 submits that the matter is settled between the parties. They tendered Consent Terms dated 15.10.2018 duly signed by the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. Both the counsel submit that on behalf of the Petitioner, Petitioner No.2 Mrs. Saroj D. Shah is present in court and one Mr.Nikki Kumar is present on behalf of Respondent No.3. They entered into witness box and admit the contents of the Consent Terms and execution thereof. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The Consent Terms shall be treated to be part and parcel of the decree. The Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. No order as to costs.
