1) This is an application for modification of clause1 of the order dated 21.7.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai in Bail Application No.1440/2016 while releasing the applicant on bail. The said condition reads as under.

"Applicant Mohammad Asif Amir Azam Khan be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five thousand only) with one or more sureties in the like amount."

2) The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant hails from the State of U.P. That after coming out of the jail, the applicant tried to get sureties however, nobody is ready and willing to stand surety for him. He submitted that the applicant may be granted permanent cash bail in lieu of the sureties.

2 /2Appln. 615-16-22 3) In view thereof the applicant is permitted to furnish additional cash bail of Rs.25,000/- in lieu of sureties The said cash bail is to be furnished within a period of four weeks from today. The said condition is modified accordingly.
