1) The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the Division Bench of this Court by its Order dated 26th September 2016 passed in Criminal Writ Petition No.4593 of 2015 along with other accompanying petitions was pleased to quash the CR No.132 of 2015 registered with Colaba Police Station, Mumbai. He has also produced a copy of the said Judgment dated 26th September 2016 on record.

2) In view of the quashment of CR No.132 of 2015 registered with Colaba Police Station, Mumbai, the present applications have became infructuous and are accordingly disposed off.
