The applicant was granted bail by order dated 21st August 2018 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1798 of 2018. It was directed to be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/-. It is submitted that the applicant is in the process of arranging the surety but since he could not furnish the surety, he is continued to be in detention. It is submitted that the applicant be provisionally released on cash security for a temporary period and in the mean time he shall furnish the surety stipulated in the order dated 21st August 2018.
