By these applications, the applicants are seeking interim protection, till the final disposal of Anticipatory Bail Application Nos.2579 of 2015 and 2580 of 2015, which are pending before the learned Sessions Judge, Thane. It appears that the applicants have filed

2/3 Anticipatory Bail Applications before the learned Sessions Judge in connection with C.R.No.I-475 of 2015 registered with the Vashi Police Station, Navi Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants as well as the learned APP state that the matter i.e. Anticipatory Bail Applications are posted before the learned Sessions Judge on 28th October, 2015. 3.

Considering the fact that the aforesaid applications are kept before the learned Sessions Judge on 28th October, 2015, it will be appropriate to request the learned Sessions Judge to either consider the prayer for interim relief/applications for Anticipatory Bail finally on 28th October, 2015.

Accordingly, the learned Sessions Judge is requested to either consider the prayer for interim relief/applications for Anticipatory Bail finally on 28th October, 2015, on its own merits.

In view of the aforesaid order, the learned counsel for the applicants does not press these applications at this stage. 6.
