Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that even as of today, no decision has been taken on application dated 28th March, 2013, which is Exhibit `A' to the petition. He invited our attention to communication dated 25th February, 2013 which is on page 18 of the petition. Learned A.G.P has no instructions whether the said representation/application at Exhibit `A' has been decided. 2.

Hence, we need not keep the petition pending and we dispose of the petition by passing the following order : SQ Pathan 1/2

ORDER

(i) We direct the petitioners or their representative to appear before the second respondent on 24th July, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. Petitioners shall produce a true copy of application at Exhibit `A' before the second respondent on that date. If the said application is already decided, a copy of the order passed on the said application shall be provided to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date fixed for the appearance of the petitioners. If the said application is not yet decided, the same shall be decided within a period of three months from the date fixed for the appearance of petitioners. All contentions of parties on merits are kept open.

(ii) If petitioners are found entitled for allotment of land as sought in Exhibit `A', the petitioners shall be put in possession of the same. (iii) All concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. (REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.) (A. S. OKA, J.) SQ Pathan 2/2
