Heard learned counsel for the parties.

After arguing some time, both the counsels submitted Minutes of Order dated 14th June, 2019, duly signed by both the counsels. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. The same is accepted. Minutes of Order dated 14th June, 2019, t reads thus:

"Minutes of order The Advocate for the both parties on instructions from their respective clients have agreed for following order in the abovesaid Misc Civil Application No. 62/2018 on following terms - 1.

The HMP No. 177/2018 filed by Respondent Tikam 1/2

3- MCA 62 of 2018.doc Husband against Applicant wife u/s. 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of Ld. C.J.S.D., Ichalkaranji is transferred to the Family Court at Solapur and will be heard and disposed of by the Family Court Solapur in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible in any case before 31.12.2020.

Respondent Husband had agreed to withdraw the pending HMP NO. 167/2017 filed u/s. 9 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 in the Court of C.J.S.D., Ichalkaranji. 3.

Both the parties have agreed to co-operate for disposal of the HMP NO. 177/2018 and will not seek adjournment on flimsy grounds.

The abovesaid Misc. Civil Application No. 62/2018 is disposed of in above terms with no order as to cost."

Misc. Civil Application No 62 of 2018 is disposed of in terms of Minutes of Order.
