Learned Counsel for the applicant-insurance company submits that the entire decretal amount has already been deposited before the M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.T. No.1868 of 2010. He requested to grant stay.

In view of aforesaid submission and nature of the subject matter as well as factum of depositing of entire decretal amount, there is no impediment to grant stay.

Accordingly, civil application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). There shall be stay to the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 18th March, 2017 passed by the Member, M.A.C.T. Mumbai in M.A.C.P No. 1868 of 2010. 4.
