Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned APP for the State. The short grievance of the Petitioner as raised in the petition is about non registration of FIR on the basis of the Petitioner's complaint dated 25th October 2014. Mr. Saste, the learned APP, on instructions, states that subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, on the basis of the Petitioner's said complaint FIR, bearing CR. Mr. Saste further states that after investigation into the said FIR, on 12th May 2015 A-summary report was filed in the Court of JMFC Vadgaon Maval. In support of his submission he tendered report dated 27th June 2017 made by the patilsr 1 / 2
