P.C.:- Mr. Kadam, learned counsel for the Petitioner on instructions submitted that, during the pendency of present Petition, police have completed investigation and submitted charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction. That, the Petitioner thereafter filed an Application for discharge before the trial Court which has been rejected by an Order dated 8th November, 2022.

2) He therefore seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to challenge the said Order dated 8th November, 2022 before the appropriate Court.

Leave and liberty granted.
