Both these Civil Revision Applications are preferred by defendant challenging the order passed by the Trial Court rejecting defendant's application under Order VII Rule 11(d) of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in all three matters, the Trial Court passed order rejecting defendant's applications. He pointed out that in one of the matter, petitioner preferred Civil Revision Application No. 1032 of 2014. The same was dismissed by this Court (Coram: R.G. Ketkar, J) by order dated 10.08.2015.
