In view of the supervening event of the dispute in respect of the regularization of the Safai Kamgar having reached the Industrial Court by way of Reference which has been made by the appropriate Government being Reference (IT) No. 41 of 2017, we do not find the necessity of entertaining the above Writ Petition in view of the said development. It is before the Industrial Court that the Petitioner would have to apply for appropriate interim reliefs. To facilitate filing of such application, the status quo as of date is continued for a period of six weeks. The above Writ Petition to accordingly stand disposed of. [K. K.
