2] By this petition, the petitioner has questioned the order dated 23 October 2009 made by the Additional Commissioner, Pune confirming the order dated 24 June 2008 made by the Additional Collector, Sangli, disqualifying the petitioner as a member of Grampanchayat, Bilur under Section 14(1)(j-1) of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act, 1958 (said Act). The interim relief had been granted in the matter.

DSS 13-wp-10492-09 3] The petition states that the elections were held in the year 2008. The term of the Panchayat has come to an end sometime in the year 2013. Accordingly, there is no necessity to make any further orders in this petition, which has by now been rendered infructuous. 4] Accordingly, this petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

5] All contentions of all parties are kept open for decision, if any occasions arises therefore.

6] In view of the disposal of main petition, Civil Application No.2326 of 2014 does not survive and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.
