The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 11 years and 214 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. We have perused the reasons for the delay which are mentioned in the above Civil Application. The said reasons, in our view, do not constitute sufficient cause for condoning the said huge delay of 11 years and 214 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. Hence no discretion can be exercised in favour of the Applicant. The Civil Application is accordingly rejected. mmj
