This Application is preferred by the original petitioner for stay of operation and implementation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 04.05.2013 passed by the District Judge-5, Thane in Marriage Petition No. 44 of 2002, which was dismissed by the Trial Court.

There is no question of staying the dismissal order.

Hence, Civil Application is rejected.
