Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the notice of retrenchment dated 15th May 2018 is withdrawn by letter dated 9th October 2018. It is submitted that the workmen would be working on the same posts have continued in service. In view of this the prayers in the petitions have become infructuous and hence, the petitions are disposed of.
