By this civil application the applicant seeks condonation of delay if any, in filing the civil application and seeks amendment to the writ petition. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents who are present in court have no objection if the civil application for seeking amendment to the writ petition is allowed and if delay if any is condoned. Writ petition is not yet admitted. The applicants seek to bring on record subsequent facts. Civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within one week from today and amended copy of the writ petition shall be
