In view of the rival claims, in paragraph nos. 12 & 13 of the order under review i.e. 23/11/2021, the following observations are substituted.

The total income of the petitioner/husband is noticed to be Rs.7,17,280/- p.a. which comes to around Rs.60,000/- per month. As such, maintenance to which the respondent-wife and child is held to be entitled is Rs.15,000/- per month to each of the them i.e. Rs.15,000/- to the child and Rs.15,000/- to wife. 4.

Rest of the observations in the order dated 23/11/2021 are maintained.

The review application stands allowed in above terms. 6.

It is directed that arrears to be cleared within a period of three months from today.
