This is an application for intervention by the original complainant in CR No.I-141/2016 registered with Bazar Peth Police Station, Kalyan. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

The applicant in ABA No.1664/2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant Shri. Balkrishana S. Pansare as respondent No.2. The said amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant within the stipulated period.
