In pursuance of order dated 17 October 2016 the Grocery Markets and Shops Board for Greater Mumbai - Respondent No.1 has reconsidered the issue. The parties accordingly have arrived at a settlement. The learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent
PVR 3/3 minutes of order which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. They are signed by the concerned Advocates and the concerned settling parties. There is no dispute on the signature. It is stated that the terms and conditions are also not contrary to the provisions of law and no third party is affected. 2.
