The issue pertains to absorption of the petitioner, as according to him, though he was senior most and belonging to Schedule Caste Category, illegally his services were declared surplus and impugned order of absorption is passed.

Mr. Bhavke, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner informs that even today also a post of the teacher in Hindi subject is available with the respondent no. 7-school. 3.

In this background, submissions are made by Mr. Bhavke, on instructions from the petitioner who is present in the Court that the petitioner shall be moving before the Education Officer i.e. the respondent no. 5 within a period of four weeks from today through representation with a prayer for repatriation of his services to the akn 1/2

We direct the respondent-Education Officer to decide the said representation of the petitioner expeditiously and in any case by 30/04/2023.
